Shared production logo. It appears in the app and on every PDF.
A deliberately muted, backstage-safe palette. Red remains reserved for Show Stop and destructive actions; green remains reserved for successful/synced states.
Shared production list used by the Finalise / Send workflow. Separate addresses with commas or new lines.
Changes are shared when you press Save.
Current Venue / Engagement
Set the venue for the current engagement. New performances take a snapshot of these details, so changing venue later will not alter future archived reports.
Used automatically for newly created performances.
Crew Roster
Registered Company Manager, Stage Manager and DSM/Show Caller team members are included automatically. Add manual names for operators, departments or people who do not need an app account.
Manual roster changes stay local until you press Save.
My Report Details
These details belong to your account, not the production. They follow you between shows and devices.
SIGNATURE
A photo of your signature works fine. It is used when you finalise a report.
Only you can read or change these account details.
